Tobacco box Tobacco jar, The round, slightly constricted jar has a separate lid. Along the lower edge of the pot runs a cast, openwork, wavy edge with C and S volutes and rocailles, which is interrupted by the three legs in the form of cast leaf vines. The wall is fluted and decorated with a driven, ribbon-bound garland of bay leaves and berries. Above each leg it is apparently attached with a nail, on which a straight garland depends. A wide, straight edge runs around the top. The lid is made up of a low, convex, fluted section and a concave, high rising center piece with a driven decoration
