PHU YEN, VIETNAM (June 24, 2022) – Cmdr. Dustin Schuett, center, a surgeon in the Navy, and Cao Quang Nhat, left, a Vietnamese surgeon, perform an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery on a patient at Phu Yen General Hospital during Pacific Partnership 2022 (PP 22). Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
