This photo from 1922 shows the Ex-Kaiser Wilhelm II in Austrian Uniform. He was the last German Emperor (Kaiser) and the king of Prussia. He abdicated on November 9, 1918. He was the eldest grandchild of Queen Victoria. He dismissed Otto von Bismarck.
