Todd Sokalzuk, commander, Coast Guard District 11, participated in the Torrance Armed Forces Day Parade in Torrance, California, May 19, 2018. Torrance has continued its long-standing tradition of hosting an Armed Forces Day celebration and parade to honor the sacrifices of our nation's military for 59 consecutive years.
