THE DESTRUCTION WAS BELIEVED CAUSED BY LIGHTNING CHEMICALS WERE WASHED THROUGH THE STORM DRAIN TO THE OLENTANGY RIVER A HALF MILE AWAY AND CAUSED A MAJOR FISH KILL.
