Rashad al Saadi, the commandant of the National Defense College, with a gift from USARCENT, after a speaking engagement, in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates, May 21. Garrett traveled to the United Arab Emirates to engage with UAE leaders and Embassy staff in order to further our security operation goals.
