Thomas B, Fields mother diedwhen he was a young babe. He lived with his grandparents at Conway, ]\Iass., tillhe was twelve years old. For many years he was a lumber dealer at Corning,N. Y. In 1886 he moved to Wellsboro, Pa., where he still resides. He has been inthe wholesale lumber business with his son under the firm name of T. B. Field &Son, at Wellsboro. Pa., since 1S86. Res.
