Saint Vitus's Cathedral is the main cathedral of Prague and located within Prague Castle and the Hradčany area of Prague. This cathedral is an excellent example of Gothic architecture and is the biggest and most important church in the country. Prague Castle (one of the biggest in the world) is where the Czech kings, Holy Roman Emperors and presidents of Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic have had their offices.
