Italy: Matteo Raeli (23 December 1812 - 26 November 1875), Italian patriot, jurist and politician, Noto, Sicily. Matteo Raeli was Minister of Grace and Justice and Cults of the Kingdom of Italy in the Giovanni Lanza Government (1867). He had been heavily involved in the anti-Bourbon revolts of 1848 and 1849 and also been a part of Garibaldi's Council of State in Sicily in 1860.
