Virginia Beach's Seatack Elementary 4th graders visited Norfolk District, Army Corps of Engineers to measure the water temperature and salinity and measure the growth of baby oysters Dec. 2, 2011. The Corps have partnered with the students to raise baby oysters in the Elizabeth River along the shoreline of Norfolk District's property.
