MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Oct. 29, 2014) An EA-6B Prowler, attached to the “Garudas” of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 134, launches from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS George H. W. Bush (CVN 77). The airframe is being retired, and this is the Prowler’s last deployment to an aircraft carrier. George Bush, homeported in Norfolk, Va., is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
