SAN FRANCISCO (Oct. 6, 2017) Musician 1st Class Phil Martin (right), Musician 2nd Class Everett Cencich (center), and Musician 2nd Class Chris Garten of the Navy Band Southwest Woodwind Quintet perform at the Ferry Building for Fleet Week San Francisco.
