STARKE, Fla. -- Command Sgt. Maj. Jeff Young, the senior enlisted adviser to the adjutant, passes the Florida National Guard colors to the outgoing Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Michael Calhoun during the change of command ceremony April 6, 2019. Maj. Gen. Calhoun has served in uniform for nearly 40 years with the last four as the commanding officer of the Florida National Guard.
