An ambulance bus from the 451st Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron Detachment 1 Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility, Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, follows an ambulance to the flightline as they transport wounded Marines to a waiting C-130 Hercules.
