A sizable conrete platform placed to one side of a river with shallow waters and used to give access to the river bed by JCB's and the like for digging out the bed or clearing heavy obstructions, The digger or bulldozer can be placed onto the platform by crane and the platform serves as a dry dock to enable easy lashing down of equipment before lifting out of this sunken area.
