American's tiger cage cell in poluo condor prison, vietnam
Poulo condor's prison were established in 1861 by the French colony to house political prisoners. In 1954 vietnam south government use them for the same purpose. During Vietnam war, americans use them to keep prisoners and built the "tiger cages". Many prisoners were tortured and die during the three periods, prisons were closed in 1975 ,after war. Con son (aka poulo condor or con dao) island is situated on south Vietnam
