The Tea Leaf Vision school in Maskeliya, Sri Lanka, which teaches 18-24 year olds with a free one year development training course teaching English, IT and business studies, developing them into confident and employable young adults. It aims to provide the young people in the surrounding rural community opportunities other than manual work such as tea picking. Many of the students come from families who live and work in the tea estate communities. All of the teachers at the school are past students.
