ST. LOUIS (Feb. 1, 2019) Joseph Logan holds a command coin from Navy Recruiting District St. Louis during his 98th birthday celebration at Thompson Coburn LLP law firm in St. Louis, Feb. 1, 2019. Logan is a World War II veteran and saw combat in both the European and Pacific theaters, supporting the Allied landings at Normandy on D-Day and earned the Bronze Star Medal for his actions during the Battle of Okinawa.
