The little plants should be shifted along as required, and never allowed to get potbound. As soon as all danger from hard fri;st is over, plant in the gaiden 12 inches each way, and keep well cultivated until they begin to bloom, when a light mulch of strawy manure will be beneficial to retain moisture in the soil, and help nourish the plants.
