MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Oct. 3, 2014) --Ship's Serviceman Seaman Johnny Bozek, from Syracuse, , stands watch on the bridge wing aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) as the ship approaches Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Leroy Grumman (T-AO 195) for a replenishment-at-sea. Mesa Verde, part of the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group with the embarked 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
