Proboscis fully developed; ]ialpi oblique to just beyond frous, fringed with hair below ; frous with rounded prumiueuce, with curved corneous plate below it; eyes small, reniforin; antenna'of male ciliated; head and thorax clothed with rough hair; fore tibiifi siiort and broad, with two curved claws on inner side and three claws and spines on outer ; mid and hind tibiit spined. Fore wing rather narrow, the apex produced and the termen oblique ; veins 3 and T) from near angle of cell; 6 from upper angle; 9 from 10 anastomosing with 7, 8 to form the short areole; 11 from cell.
