The rally took place as Gottstein was presenting oral arguments in defense of a suit by Eli Lilly & Co. which claimed that Gottstein had allegedly conspired to steal the so-called "Zyprexa Papers" which allegedly showed tha Lilly had hid life-threatening side effects of Zyprexa and had promoted its use in the elderly and children.
