The Institution for the Blindoccupies the block between Thirty-thirdand Thirty-fourth streets and Eighth andNinth avenues, and is a beautiful specimenof architecture. The Cooper Union occupiesthe block bounded by Seventh and Eighthstreets and Third and Fourth avenues.
