Statue of Vicente Rocafuerte by a fountain in front of the Church of San Francisco in downtown Guayaquil, Ecuador. Rocafuerte was the first native president of Ecuador and the church, originally built during the 1700s, was rebuilt in 1902 following the devastating fires that burned much of the city in 1896. Perspective was corrected and image was cropped slightly in PhotoShop.
