HONG KONG (March 28, 2018) Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Victor Mejia, from Dumfries, Va., assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sterett (DDG 104), and students from the Yan Chai Hospital Secondary School practice Chinese calligraphy during a cultural exchange event. Sterett is in Hong Kong to experience the city’s rich culture and history as the guided-missile destroyer continues its deployment with the Wasp Expeditionary Strike Group as a multi-mission asset in the Indo-Pacific region.
