UK, London, Kew Palace surrounded by blue skies and a snowy landscape in winter.

Kew Palace (1663)- the original owners were a rich Flemish family (the Levetts). The first Royal residents (1734) were King George the II and Queen Charlotte. King George the III 's insanity resulted in his retirement to this palace. King George the II first leased the house and then bought it from the Levett family in 1781 for £20 000.
