THE HARRIS DENTAL CHAIR. otoCD The Cut represents the Low Base Harris Chair, with recent improvements. The Detachable Back () permits a ready and easy adaptation of that part of theChair to adults or children. The outline Cut shows the simple method of connectingthis upper back, which does not interfere at all with the Head Best adjustments. The Detachable Arm (), when in place, is of equal height with the Fixed Armon the other side, and its removal allows access to work in some cases where if per-manent it would be very inconvenient to the Operator. The Low Arm () finisheslevel with the Seat cushion, except at the front, where its full height is a useful rest forthe patients arm. The reclining motions of the Chair are in no way affected by thisLow Arm. The Foot-Board at its outer extremity terminates in a supplemental step Best,4 inches wide, which is raised 3i inches, leaving an easy passage under it for the feetwhen resting on the platform.
