A major exhibition at the Design museum London celebrating the contemporary sari and bringing together the finest saris from designers, wearers and craftspeople in India. The exhibition is curated by Priya Khanchandani, demonstrating the sari to be a metaphor for the layered and complex definitions of India today. The exhibition runs from 19 May-17 September.
