Nakago with two mekugi-ana and kiri yasurime,inscribed "Oshu Sendai Ju Fujiwara Kunikane,Yuichi Nen Hachi Gatsu Kichi Nichi Ji"(August 1671). Plain copper habaki with nekogaki. Iron tsuba of oval form in sukashi,bundles of rice straw in positive silhouette. Tsuka featuring a brown cotton binding over same. Iron fuchi-kashira with cherry blossom in gilt copper.
