Vaccine delivery system. Scientist preparing gelatin beads containing a vaccine to protect newborn chicks from coccidiosis - a disease caused by coccidian protozoa. This new vaccine delivery system uses beads containing oocysts from Eimeria sp. coccidians, one of the primary causes of coccidiosis.
