A water dispenser serves "refreshments" in the trendy West Chelsea gallery district in New York as part of the eighteenth installment of Banksy's graffiti art, a collaboration with the Brazilian artists, Os Gemeos. This installment is set up like a museum exhibit in an empty lot under the High Line Park complete with "museum" guards to handle crowd control.
