The next year, 18G8, he re-sumed his old business of printing, in theWinnipeg, Man., Northwestern, under thecharge of Dr. Schultz, afterwards lieutenantgovernor of the province. This was the onlypaper north of St. Cloud. Mr. Winshipremained there about two years, duringwhich the Riel rebellion broke out.
