An applicant for admission must be between i6 and 21 }-ears ofat^e. He must accompany his application with a certificate testifying to ( successfully completed his Grammar School training, and his being readyfor High School work. In lieu of such a certificate, he must pass an examinationbefore some competent person, in branches taught in the highest grade of theGrammar School, and the result of such examination must accompany theapplication. 3. An applicant must be in good health. A physicians certificate, accord-ing to the form prescribed by the Directors, must accompany the practicable, a physician will be designated near the residence of the appli-cant, from whom such certificate inu^t be obtained.
