Number of Flamingoes inside the Jurong Bird Park in Singapore. The exhibit featured a large number of flamingos at one location.

The Jurong Bird Park is one of the largest such bird parks in the world, setup in the year 1971. It is the largest such park in terms of the number of birds, and occupies an area of around 50 acres. It is located on the slope of Juron Hill and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Singapore. There are a number of shows inside the park that provide people with a chance to get closer to birds (even though they do not get a chance to touch them), and in a exhibit, one can even get a photo taken with colorful birds right next to the person. You normally get to see such colorful birds in the open only in movies (animation movies). There is an exhibit that shows a number of flamingoes, and these are very attractive birds, being pink and white in color. Typically, flamingos have the odd habit of only resting on one leg with the other one tucked beneath their body.
