Rafid Haque Soad of Nazira Bazar in Old Dhaka rescued the injured and sick kite. When he is healthy, he takes care of them and leaves the birds in the open sky. That is why he has built a 'sanctuary' on the roof of his house. Apart from kites, sick eagles, dogs, cats, rabbits, pigeons and other animals find shelter on the roof of the seven-storey house.
