Marines with Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, participate in avalanche training as a part of cold weather training in Porsangmoen, Norway, Feb. 8, 2017. The Marines attended a three-week cold weather training package was lead by the British Royal Marine Mountain warfare unit as part of Marine Rotational Force Europe to improve their ability to perform in a cold weather environment.
