Sunrise over the Cerro Armazones mountain, Chile. The mountain top has been flattened for the construction of the European Southern Observatory's Extremely Large Telescope (ELT). The ELT will be the largest optical and near infrared wavelength telescope in the world. Photographed in 2016.
