Sgt. Francisco J. De Jesus Cotto, a paralegal NCO with 3rd Battalion, 277th Aviation Regiment, completes the 12-mile ruck march event as part of the III Armored Corps Paralegal of the Year Competition at Fort Hood, Texas, Nov. 16, 2022. De Jesus went on to win the competition alongside his Soldier, Pvt. 1st Class Robert Goff.
