Painkilling capsules. These capsules contain the painkilling (analgesic) drug ibuprofen. The drug is contained in the small balls seen inside each capsule. This ensures the drug is released slowly, usually when long-term pain relief is required, as opposed to quick, short-term pain relief. Each capsule contains 200mg of ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is used in a variety of over-the-counter (OTC) drugs to relieve pain from a variety of conditions such as muscle strains, headaches, toothache and period pains.
