Netherne on the Hill, a new build village development comprising 580 housing units on the site of a former NHS hospital, Surrey, England, UK

Netherne on the Hill was once a large institution for psychiatric patients. Netherne Hospital opened in 1903, but closed in 1994 following the community integration of most of its patients. In 1995, the site was purchased by a developer, M J Gleeson, who obtained planning permission to develop the site to create a new village.
