A dagger for officers of the Reichsmarine. The blade etched on both sides with maritime motifs, the ricasso with makerïs mark Alcoso. Pommel and quillons of non-ferrous metal (remains of gold-plating), press-button for scabbard release, black horn handle with intact wire binding. The brass scabbard with thunderbolt decoration and remains of gold-plating, two suspension rings, silver portepee. Signs of age and usage.
