Donato, a native of Bronx, asks Pacific Fleet Master Chief Suz Whitman, a question at an all-hands call at Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi Japan. Fleet Master Chief Whitman visited NAF Atsugi during her tour throughout Japan where she discussed current topics such as permanent change of station moves and other personnel related issues with Sailors.
