Following the severe wintry weather conditions that hit Central Scotland Scotrail have started to introduce some train services on the suburban Glasgow network. Heavy snow falls as a result of The Beast From The East weather front brought the network to a standstill. Services are running on a restricted timetable until the whole of the network is proven safe for use.
