CLEMATIS (VIRG-IN'S BOWER.) The Clematis is the most popular climbing and flowering plant of the day, as they are entirely hardy, and bloom during the entire season, in color embracing the most beautiful shades of blue, purple, lavender, scarlet, white, etc., double and single, some of them 6 inches in diameter ; and by careful training attain a height of from 5 to 14 feet in a season.
