A forest of dying trees damaged by the guano of North America's largest waterfront breeding grounds of nesting cormorants on Toronto's Leslie spit


Each summer a massive colony of comorants (the largest in North America) roost in trees on the Leslie street spit in Toronto. The resulting droppings from the nests are creating havoc with trees in the immediate vicinity.
