Martin Compston's acting career took of when Ken Loach cast him in his film, 'Sweet Sixteen'. He was unknown and still at school! He has since gone on to appear in many films such as 'The Wee Man' and 'The Great Train Robbery'. On television, he has been in the highly praised police drama, 'Line of Duty', which has won many awards and has been described as the best drama on television for some time!
