Clouds at the Avon Causeway near Christchurch, Dorset, UK. In these very unsettled conditions, cumulus clouds are forming rapidly and developing into thunder clouds. Above this is a layer of high level cloud, which is the remnant of the anvil top from an earlier thunder cloud. This filamentous cloud is cirrus spissatus cumulonimbogenitus.
