Manhattan Mini Storage ad supporting gay marriage shortly after New York State passed legislation to legalize.
One of the recent advertisements from New York City based moving and storage company Manhattan Mini Storage supports gay marriage. The advertisement, located on one of its storage warehouse facilities on West 17th Street and 10th Avenue in Chelsea, states "If you don't like gay marriage, don't get gay married." The ad was launched as part of a campaign in March 2011 New York State recently passed legislation to legalize gay marriage, becoming the 6th and largest state in the country to do so. The bill was signed into law by Governor Andrew Cuomo on June 24, 2011. This image was captured shortly thereafter on July 11, 2011. Manhattan Mini Storage is known for its sometimes funny, sometimes provocative ads posted around New York City.
