Navy personnel with Navy Amphibious Warfare Tactics Instructor Course (AMW-WTI) receive a capability brief on an 84 mm MAAWS shoulder fired reloadable advanced crew served rocket system from a Marine with Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2d Marine Division on September 7-8, 2022, on Marine Corps Air Station New River and Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. II MEF units gave AMW-WTI students capability briefs in order to familiarize them with the landward environment, planning considerations, and exposure to all the elements of the Fleet Marine Force.
