Captain Webster was one of the settlersof the newly-granted township, and received an allotment in its northem portion. Soon after his settlement in Salisbury, he marriedAbigail Eastman, his second wife, and the mother of Ezekiel andDaniel Webster, the only sons by his second marriage.
